Happy 20th anniversary of Neil banging out the tunes!

20 years.

I find it so beautiful that this little rat's life has been remembered with love for 20 years and will be hopefully for decades to come. Truly a marvel of the internet.

And 90% of what I've been seeing is just negativity. I follow a fairly wide variety of blogs that post about doctor who, but idk man. It feels kind of like everyone is looking for things to be negative about. Like you can't say something good about it unless you make sure to pay your "but this part is evil and that makes everything cheap and bad" penance. Good parts are forgotten in favour of everyone dogpiling on something that someone else hated.

There's always been stuff to criticise. There's always been and always will be ways that things could be handled better. But tbh I'm not liking the fandom much anymore. I've been on tumblr for 10 years now, and it wasn't always like this. With all of the negative posting, it feels like you have to apologise first if you want to say you liked the episodes. And that's shitty as fuck.
