Since no one is on here anymore; I’ll just use this to rant
....still dealing with body dysmorphia/recovering but today I’m feeling like shit
#try to eat healthy and count calories during the week and binged today#even though i know its okay#i have anhard time controlling my binging when theres desserts and the people inlivebwith literally bought boxes and boxes of sweets#i need to have a healthier relationship with food and not binge but ive been dealing with this for 4 years#better than whatbit use to be!#work in progress#im at a healthy weight but i cant see that#rambling#binging could also be related to stress from my teaching credential program
