ig what gets me the most about Zeke and Shaolin is that they're really like the only person in the other's life who really takes them at their word, yk? like, a 100% of the time, really taking each other seriously, almost solemnly. the moment they really start getting each other, that kind of respect is never really gone - they fight and get mad as hell, but never dismissive. never like what the other says or thinks doesn't matter.
