The family had almost finished my "regular" banana bread so I decided to go ahead and make a chocolate banana bread for the babies and father-in-law.

Decided to learn how to make tamales. Took all day but I made 4 different kinds.

Decided to make the super easy depression fluff cake while in lock down. Just a box of angel food cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple. The topping is whipped cream folded with crushed pineapple and strawberries. We have since put silver sprinkles on it and my oldest now calls it fairy cake.
