Welcome to Disabled Systems!

This is an ask blog meant for physically disabled systems to have a safe space to collect and talk! This blog is also meant to start and uplift a conversation about the exclusion of physically disabled systems!

This blogs intentions is not to exclude mentally disabled people, but to have a space exclusive and safe for physically disabled people. Please be respectful of that.

This is a formatted blog, but you don't have to stick with the format! The main format is "Disabled system culture is...", but you can also share stories that pertain to being a disabled system, ask questions, look for info, and whatever else!

we have a similar issue except we have been chronically disabled for so long we dont really have people who hold pain anymore/if we do its for very specific things (example, our alter bu (they/them) fronts specifically for period pain), so its always a tossup if the person fronting will be normal about a flareup or not.

one of our hosts, eris (he/him), is very Masculine and Get’er Done™️ so he will literally never admit hes in pain PLUS he has a way higher pain tolerance than the rest of us

one of our other hosts, however, jon (he/Eye), has pseudomemories of disabled ontop of already having a low pain tolerance, so he tends to be very “weak” when it comes to pain management/he gives up easily
