UPDATE 05/28/26 : this is very VERY URGENT now. i will be forced to move out of my shelter

my homeless shelter is kind of gently kicking me out due to my disabilities and me needing a level of care they cannot provide. this is incredibly short notice, i have until some time next week before this transition will start. i desperately am in need of help. please donate anything you can and contact me if you know of disability friendly housing available in mid michigan. i dont know what else to do. im very distraught i have nowhere else to turn. please help in any way you can. thank you all so much

hi, my name is muyang. i am a 17 year old transfeminine multiply disabled person living in the US. i am legally an orphan, as my father is dead and my mom has disowned me. my mother was incredibly abusive to me (emotionally abusive, physically neglectful & sexually abusive) and i moved in with my aunt and uncle (fathers side) about a year and a half ago to get away from her abuse. everything was alright at first, but my current guardians are incredibly ableist and their behavior has gradually devolved into extremely emotionally abusive and neglectful behavior. recently my aunt tried to institutionalize me twice against my will, and has painted me as a homicidal maniac who wants to kill her and her pets. she does not want me in her house any longer, and i do not want to stay with her and suffer her abuse. as of a week or so from now, i will be moving into a homeless shelter for teens my age. i will be allowed to stay here 21 days at most, if i'm lucky. after this, i have no clue where i will go. i'm currently in the system to begin transferring soon to a group home setting around when i turn 18 in two months, where my disabilities will be managed and taken care of and i hopefully won't be abused. but until then, i don't know what to do or where to go.

this post is to help me gain money and not end up facing a life on the streets or back with my abusers. i am unable to work a normal job due to a dissociative disorder, schizophrenia, autism, brain damage & a visual impairment. i cannot drive. none of my family that i still have contact with live close enough to let me stay with them, and my few irl friends are unable to let me stay with them due to their own circumstances. my aunt is currently barring me from creating a bank account of my own, so all of the money gained will be given to a cashapp account for me set up by my beloved cousin who will give it back to me when i am able to make my own bank account. please help me out if at all able to. anything helps. thank you so much.
