okay first the beginning being set in what i think is the same area as where this original image was and the guy following was a great detail

the og image also gets a scene later, this was the best image i could find that matched from when Clark was running from the entity. you can see the bar and the outlet are in the same and it’s the best match i could find which i thought was cool

the different “level” references in that scene as well, most obvious being the poolrooms area but i also felt like it played into what some called level 4 and a peak into maybe levels 2 or 3 as well, though the movie is based more on the kane pixels version so all interpretations are open

the scene where Mary gets discovered and brought into the A Sync facility is the same door in one of Kane’s first videos which i thought was cool

i don’t know if this was also a reference but the rope scene with Clark and his employees the tunnel they go down could also be a reference from kanes first backrooms video

also a few of the scene where the wall had an inch opening in then also felt like a reference but let me know if y’all spotted more
