been playing minecraft again and reminded myself of the first time i every played so
Here is a cool list of old nostalgic Minecraft memories:
- first ever world was in survival and i spawned in one of the preset seeds to the mushroom island before ultimately quitting 5 seconds later since i wanted to play creative
- never built those diamond and other expensive block house in creative instead proceeded to build a house made entirely of glass and magenta carpet/beds
- i got upset because they didn’t have carpet or glass stairs (ironic now) for my house
- outside my house was a cliff (i was in plains biome) and it had a lava pool that glowed at night in the distance that i could see from my bed
- i thought the wolves would kill me on sight so I would try to avoid them and get scared when i saw them
- i used to just make walls in cliffs entirely out of logs for no reason to pretend their was a fortress (hobbit/dwarves maxing, i was watching the movies a lot)
- my fav painting was the sunset one or the giant lady with pigs
- i liked living in caves a lot and would just spend all my time in them
- i would make small roller coasters and ride around or trap a chicken in a minecart and watch them go in circles
- i used to try and make the book tutorial houses cause i thought they were really cool but the proportions were always off
- i tried to keep and endermite as a pet once since i wanted it to be my friend but i could never contain it
- also tried to do the same with the bats in the caves
- i would take the black wool from the village lamp posts because i felt bad taking the villagers beds
- if i found abandoned villages in creative i would restore them and spawn the villagers back in
- i found a fossil in the desert once and was so surprised and dug the whole thing out
- i thought i could tp to the farlands but instead ended up in whatever hell i could find of glitches (later found more fossils)
- my favorite disks were stal, chirp, and wait
- i always tried to make fireplace in my house with netherack and stuff (and ultimately somehow burnt my house down)
- my biggest build trick that i thought was amazing at the time was putting oak log in between window panes to add spice
