Sooooo after watching the first 2 eps of RaM season 9 I definitely think this is leading up to a Morty independence arc/RaM break-up arc. Right?? Hopefully they both come out better on the other end of it; Rick finds a new purpose (and starts respecting Morty more) and Morty gets a good self esteem boost and finds his footing outside of Rick. I do think it’ll get so much worse before it gets better tho 😭

i think it’s okay if people are a little bit stupid (or oblivious) and need things spelled out for them but i also think media should stop catering to these people

for example if you need a story to explicitly tell you that adultery is bad otherwise you might get confused about whether or not people should cheat on their partners in real life, that’s fine. it doesn’t make you a bad or unworthy person. it does however mean that you should probably start watching nick jr instead of Ambiguous Situations: The Television Show

Dude even in scenes with Cas, Dean explicitly chooses Sam over him. I do ship wincest (bc at the very least their unhealthy codependency, soul-mate-ism, and couple-coding is canon) but I generally try not to throw shade at Destiel fans bc I think everyone has a right to ship who they want, but sometimes they really just start rewriting the whole characters 😭😭😭 it’s crazy

You know I didn’t think about it until today, but the craziest fucking thing about the finale, out of all the plot holes and inconsistencies and bad writing, is that we never got a Jane/El funeral, we never saw anyone (other than Mike kinda) grieve. Like it’s absolutely fucking mental to kill off one of your main characters and there’s not a single funeral/group mourning scene. Wdym we didn’t get the party absolutely breaking down? Or at least visiting her grave with flowers after graduation??? All we got was half hearted kiss and a bit of survivor’s guilt from her gay boyfriend that’s literally so devastating. Like this can’t be it…
