Hey y’all! This is just some random ass headcanons I came up with for my upcoming fanfic about the big guy. Enjoy my fellow simps!~ 😉

He’s around his early to mid thirties. You would think he’s a little older considering Ms. Chalice looks up to him like a father figure. However, I’d like to think she’s older than Saltbaker because she died as a warrior in ancient times (I’ll link the video about the theory down below lol) AND she’s probably been roaming the astral plane longer before even Elder Kettle was born. When she switches bodies, she’s pretty much viewing everything the same way as Cuphead or Mugman would considering they’re kidults.

I like to think he’s Canadian or lived in Canada at some point. There’s evidence to this by the engraving on his desk during his boss fight if you turn the screen upside down.

Popeye Arms = Beating the shit out of anyone if pressured :)

Has no actual ties to the Devil, but he DOES have some ties to King Dice

He really isn’t much of a flirt, but he can give out really cheesy pick up lines. He gets really bashful y’all 👁👄👁

HOWEVER, if you try to tease him, he might. just. tease. you. back. :)

He has some sort of welding/architect background considering he was able to fix up his bakery after community service and patch up a boat

When this guy develops a crush, he gets infatuated to the point where it tends to be possessive/obsessive at times. It’s even worse when you get into a relationship with him. 🧂

He tends to get passive aggressive with anyone who gets real competitive or smart with him.

Every now and then you can see him smoke after hours at the bakery or drink at a nearby bar. The man needs some sort of relief after putting up with so many customers a day 👁👄👁

 Unrelevant, but he’s an ENFJ.

Just a soft goofy man baking goods for the locals until he goes ape-shit :)
