Just then, you get an ask, it’s from your QPP. It reads: ‘Hey Justin is kin with Mikan now and doesn’t like fakes so i have to block you, sorry!’ You try to tell them you’re dropping Mikan, but it’s too late, they already put you on their BYF as their abuser. You cry.

are people who believe the word “straight” was created to “slur heterosexuals” somehow not aware of the extremely prevalent meaning of “straight” in the past to mean clean, proper, not on drugs, not involved in crime, not “bent” (used to mean gay), just a normal, respectable dude on a correct life path… like that’s what people meant when they said “he’s straight” before it became almost exclusively a sexual orientation term. they just meant he’s normal 

however, I do think we as a community should come up with some terms to slur heterosexuals

being lgbt+ is not about “not being normal.” it’s for people who face oppression for their gender and sexual identities. if you think that “oh i dont like sex lol” makes you lgbt y’all need to think again

I said in like 2013 that Extremely Online LGBT politics will be overrun with straight people who want to feel special enough to be “included” because they don’t want to confront how they benefit from the privation that LGBT people face. The thought process is I’m not gay bi or trans, but if I have an obscure enough label, then I can use identity politics to narrate an imagined sense of oppression and exclusion even though I don’t and will never face that kind of privation. No shade to the lithromantics.
