Lips pull upward BRIEFLY, forming a silent laugh and he has to agree. It was kind of stupid - though he wasn’t sure he could ever make the change. ❝Probably BOTH.❞ Steve was often sure of himself, sure that what he believed in was right and he knew what he had to do to achieve his goals. He was a GOOD person at his core, and all he wanted to do was put that GOOD out into the world. But the world was more complex now than it once was, perhaps his ideals had to shift along with it. He sometimes FEARED he’d get left behind if he held fast and dug his heels in, but her reassurance did help ease that a bit. For that he was grateful. Eyes flicker over to the blonde and he sets his drink down upon the counter top. ❝And what do you believe in?❞
