they’ll tell you a thousand stories about how i was a   v i l l a i n   ;   they’ll hold up my picture and scream murderer to the masses  &&  with nothing to judge on besides simple perspective of protagonists, the masses will whisper agreement among themselves and twist their hands in visible terror. it never changes  –  whether it’s fictions beasts in castles with sharp eyes and shattered souls and sharper teeth or men on platforms glorifying murder with an ever expanded vocabulary and twisted ideals  –  human beings are just ignorant enough to believe there is only good an evil. black and white. defined lines. but here’s what they wont tell you: there is a difference between villain and antihero  ( and don’t let the rage fool you, my loyalties were always settled in caskets of people i believed loved me ), that the very organization they sing praise to had just as much of a hand in creating the monster i became, &&  that there was once a time when i tried to be something more than what i had been made. they will tell you i was a  VILLAIN,  and maybe when it comes to their story, i was.  ( every hero needs a villain, after all. )   but make no mistake,  i  was merely an  ANTI-hero. google it, there’s a difference.
