i'm the captain.

i still have full intention of doing stuff over here on killian. however, with school started / my rehearsals going really strong ... it’s harder for me to juggle more than one muse. i have problems doing that in general |: things are going to be ridiculously slow here. if you’d like faster replies / want to still write with me, the best bet would be over here. 

again, this isn’t a muse issue. trust me |: killian is still very much there. this is a benny is exhausted when she gets home from school and has no energy for juggling accounts thing |: when i get a moment, i’ll queue up some replies here. so that things still are moving. 

tomorrow i start school again. things will be getting busy for me because of this, but on top of just classes ... rehearsals for the show i’m in begin tomorrow, too. which means classes throughout the day, then rehearsal from 6-10 mon-fri. don’t worry, i’ve found out that i have a lot of down time between classes and between my last class and rehearsals. so i won’t disappear or anything. admittedly, i do tend to stress myself out / get overwhelmed. if things are on the slower side, this would be the cause of it.

        THE RESOUNDING NOISE of an arrow slicing through the air mere inches from the other’s head made his presence known ; moving UP from his crouch so he could switch from his bow to an easier weapon to hold steady gave him the time necessary to assess whoever he’d stumbled across.

                “                 make one wrong move & yer eatin’ a bullet. we square                      on that ?       ”

       “ -- if you wanted me dead, the arrow wouldn’t have missed its mark, mate.” He knows it’s not wise to tempt fate. Especially given everything he’d lost because of it. Old habits die hard. Narrowly avoiding infection was one thing. The flesh around the leather, holding the metal in place still puckered and bled. ( If it hadn’t been for those two doctors -- )  It was pain that dulled his skills and made him slower to pick up on someone else being in the area. He could attribute its bite to his snappish reply, too. His grin -- all teeth and no sincerity -- which he greeted the bloke in question with was all his own doing.
