Die, Redshirt! Die!

Guy is done.

This year was the fourth in a row that Knitpool and some knitted action figure friends (and frenemies) have gone to Awesome Con. I’m finally getting around to posting picture. I decided to start with Guy the Red Shirt’s adventures. This was before he got the blue shirt. Things were going well at first. Then he ran into a little danger. At the end he felt safest hanging out with Shaun of the Dead.

It’s been a long time coming, but Guy has finally gotten his blue shirt (and a last name)!

I have been busy, but I wanted to thank everyone who hosted Guy and show off all his loot! You are all so talented and generous. Take a look at this stuff, folks! Among others, sweaters! Rain pants! little blankets! A Star Fleet duffel bag! And tribbles, tribbles, tribbles!

Guy made it home today after his year long trek through the universe! Thank you all for taking such good care of him! He seems to have brought back a lot of treasure, which was very generous of everyone! He will take a couple of days to acclimatize and unpack. I will try to do a spread showing what he got. He will check in, get cleaned up, get checked for space herpes, etc.  I have several projects going on now, but I will try to slip in some Guy follow-up. Thanks again everyone who participated!
