HI!!! My opinions on obimaul are…

I like it a lot and I think it’s very funny! I ship it (conditions apply)

anything after tpm i think is absolutely one-sided, BUT I ABSOLUTELY SHIP IT IN A ONE-SIDED WAY. Like obi wan just hates him, flat out. But then there’s maul… and things get interesting for me 😭 like dude wdym the only thing that kept you alive was “kenobi’s name” or some crap like that? Why have you made him your whole personality? I know you say it’s for revenge but… sheesh maul, maybe do some self reflection. You want that man so bad 😭🙏

If Cody saw them fight he’d prolly freak out and be like “GENERAL IS HE FLIRTING WITH YOU??” and obi wan would be like “WHY DO YOU SOUND SO SURPRISED HALF THE GALAXY IS DOWN BAD FOT ME?!” and maul would be like “IM NOT!!!” all flustered ✨and then Cody would take the entire bottle of aspirins

also thought I would mention in the version I have of Star Wars in my head with 80 bajillion headcanons I have it so obi wan and maul met when they were teenagers and dated for a while (secretly ofc, but Qui Gon knew cause duh) obi wan breaks up with maul after like a few months though cause he’s concerned about people maul is involved with

and then it’s even more devastating and angsty when maul kills Qui Gon lol

This is a ref sheet I did from Darth Maul. I looked up his canon tattoos of the chest and the face/ head and tried to be as close as possible. His legs are absolutley made up and not Canon but feel free to use it as a ref for your art too if you struggle with these :D
