I think it would be pretty much the same minus the little jealousy part lol Maria would show her around to the others who would welcome her with open arms she would feel sad for rue since her melody shows unhappiness with the situation she’s currently in. I also think rue would like Maria version of her mom Marinette but I would also think rue would want a mother like Marinette in her life.

Maria would joke( non jokingly) said “hey if you and your baby sibling need a place to stay come to my place my mom and dad would take you in immediately!” This will cut to Maria talking her parents into taking rue in (they agreed to it after an hour of talking. They had nothing against taking her in it just they don’t want that Marinette to stress over the disappearance of her children they also don’t know the relationship between rue and her mother Marinette.)

Idea / plot of this au

Tikki knew there were many versions of her all over the universe some good some evil others that decided human are not worth their time and energy. But tikki knew all of that she always wanted to be the best out of her other versions she would be considered prideful for this but there is nothing wrong with a little pride... But tikki also had regrets too some of your fellow kwamis she dubbed as her brother and sisters doesn't know the list of regrets she had plagg her brother doesn't even know the things she done to keep everything in order but for tikki her biggest regret was something she made a long time ago something she regretted but was glad it was now gone forever or a least she hoped it was...

When the world reset again she felt something was off something she couldn't tell what it was yes nooroo was not with them but there was still time to save him from his faith. No it was something else something more darker and evil... and it all started with one question.
