It's tempting to post this work in silence, but it also feels kind of wrong to do it that way. I don't even know what I want to say, and I don't feel very comfortable to discuss this topic yet, but I think it's important to say that all these things like fingernail picking, scratching and etc. are not bad habits, and there's no need to feel guilty for doing that, because it's things that you can't control even if you're really trying hard to do that. Read about it, try not to shame yourself for this and don't be afraid to seek help if you feel like you need this.
