Brownies- this is amazing and healthy. You can cook in the microwave but I used the oven as I am avoiding the microwave 😣. So yummy! Want the recipe? 1 med overripe banana, 2 T nut-butter, 2 T raw cacao and 1 drops cinnamon bark vItality oil. Mix it up and bake 350 for about 15 min. It is so good!
