I tried making Dalgona coffee this morning. It is actually pretty good. It almost has a caramel flavor to it, but not overly sweet. It is definitely worth repeating.

Ah, ice cream sandwiches.  If you don’t love ice cream sandwiches then you’re either a monster or you had a very, very sad childhood.  I would be lying if I said that after I became vegan I never thought of the dairy version of these which is why when I came across these vegan coconut milk ice cream sandwiches I just HAD to try them.

I’m not a huge coconut fan but I was pleasantly surprised by these.  There is a coconut flavor to them but it’s subtle.  So it’s definitely a palatable flavor.  The cookie is exactly as it is in the dairy version.  This is definitely a great replacement.

So Delicious has so many different bases.  They make these with almond milk, too.  Unfortunately I couldn’t find them at my local Walmart or Whole Foods.  If anyone tries them, please let me know how they are!

All in all I would rate these a 8/10 because of the subtle coconut flavor.  But, hey!  If you love coconuts then this may very well be a 10/10 for you!
