Cazador got bound to Megicula some time after an incident in his home village. He grew up with a deeply rooted yearning for being out of the village and in the nearby nature. He grew up in a church village and a few months after acquiring his grimiore his magic became fully available to him which is Beast Soul Magic. They viewed it as a demonic and tainted attribute. This alongside his behavior growing up, and his own obsession with trying to learn about knowledge the church considered forbidden so an entire sect of religious nobles with deeply tied to church they were gonna kill him for their own belief but Megicula had some intervention which gave Cazador enough of a chance to save himself, though hes effectively branded a "devil" and criminal by the church.

The silly devil keeps reaching out to him in his dreams and he feels drawn to her. He finds a dungeon which houses the remains and ruins of a demonologist cult that used to worship Megicula before the members died and the cult became defunct. The pair become bound in that dungeon and she plans on making him her ultimate vessel as the other vessel, Vanica is a sacrifices despite how much she entertains Megicula. Cazador also is an enigma himself that Megicula is highly interested in so alongside trying to help him unlock his "truest self", he becomes her vessel and eternal servent who yearns for her like hell
