Did piyo upper tonight. Mean husband made me workout. I started getting frustrated cause I can't do a lot of what I used to be able to do. I know I'll rebuild and I'm definitely not pushing myself to discomfort while pregnant. So far, I've been very lucky in this pregnancy. Have had very little to no symptoms other than a growing belly. However, lately my calves have been KILLING me. I've been waking up with them in so much pain and needing to stretch for what feels like an hour. Just on my calves. So starting today I've started incorporating #piyo into my workout. Considering twice a day.
