I wanna write something about Jespar. Sorry if there’s any mistake, English isn’t my first language.

I played Enderal about one year ago. Jespar is different from other characters in other games I’ve ever seen.

The scene in the silver cloud got me crying so hard. I felt heartbroken not for his love stories, but for his self-blame.

After reading Dreams of the Dying, it makes me more convinced that he turns down the prophet/ prophetess because he’s afraid of hurting them. He has a kind heart. He doesn’t even tell the prophet/ prophetess about his past, about how he loves his sister. We killed his beloved sister by our hands, yet he blames it on himself.

For most of the time, Jespar is just like a little boy who lost his family. He would do anything for the people he loves.

I love him.

I hope someday we will go on a journey again.

(Also thank you! Thank you for staying here loving the game and the book series. It makes me feel at home with all the Enderal fans. I don’t talk much because sometimes I’m afraid my English is not good enough.
