so fucked that scabs will heal enough overnight for me to be able to peel them off again. satisfying in the moment, but horrible for the integrity of my skin. alas, many such cases

october is eczema awareness month and my eczema is making me very aware of it right now

i will be actively picking at and scratching my eczema and think 'man i should stop doing this' and then keep going
