The worst film I've seen so far this year...
According to Quentin Tarantino no good films have been made since the pandemic. Not true, says our panel — hasn’t he seen any of these?
In the new film 'Pressure,' Scott plays an Army meteorologist advising military officials on the date for the D-Day invasion. He spoke to Te

I went to see Disclosure Day this morning (armed with my free regular size Pepsi Max courtesy of booking via the Club Vue app), and thought it was pretty good. It's not Spielberg's best, and perhaps a little longer than it needs to be, but Emily Blunt is particularly good.
Jamie D. Ramsay BSC SASC mixed documentary-inspired footage with archive imagery to convey tension when retelling an incredible true story.
Conan O'Brien recalled his time filming a cameo for TG4's "Ros na Rún" while chatting with his Irish guest Andrew Scott.
'Conan O'Brien's unexpected yet impressive cameo on TG4's Irish language soap opera "Ros na Rún" won the approval of Irish actor Andrew Scott.
Scott, who grew up in Dublin, was on O'Brien's podcast this week to plug his upcoming D-Day thriller "Pressure," in which he co-stars with fellow Irish actor Kerry Condon.
Opening their conversation, O'Brien got straight down to business: his 2024 cameo on "Ros na Run."
"You're joking me," an understandably surprised Scott said when he learned O'Brien was on the Irish language show.
"All my lines are in Irish - well, what we used to call Gaelic - but they're all in Irish," O'Brien recalled.
When Scott asked if he had to learn the Irish lines phonetically, O'Brien jokingly replied: "They had cue cards that a horse could read."
The duo agreed that Irish is "the most insane language" and "completely crazy."..
The conversation then pivoted to O'Brien and Scott's understanding and embrace of the Irish sense of humor.
Later, O'Brien treated to Scott a viewing of his Irish language cameo, prompting hearty laughs.
"There was no way to be cool in that scene," O'Brien admitted afterward.
Scott lauded O'Brien, saying his Irish was "absolutely beautiful," adding "Bualadh bos, as we say in Irish."'
The project also features George MacKay.
'Andrew Scott is teaming up with Doctor Who's Russell Tovey for an "emotionally charged" new audio drama. Starlings will be released through Audible on 1 July, and marks Tovey's debut as writer in a story focused on "family estrangement and queer identity".
Scott takes on the role of aspiring forty-something drag queen Donald, who has masked his bitterness for many years with his persona. The character was previously exiled from his northern hometown after his father caught him wearing women's clothes.
Now living in Clapham, he has avoided confronting his past and has instead surrounded himself with a group of friends while exploring his identity.
"When Donald’s enigmatic younger brother, Owen (George MacKay) unexpectedly appears at his door due to their father’s death, Donald is forced to reckon with old wounds as the brothers reunite after years apart," the synopsis adds.
"From visiting drag shows, to dive bars, the novel follows Donald and Owen as they attempt to reconcile their shared history and heal past trauma."...'

Pressure has overtaken the classic World War 2 submarine movie Das Boot at the domestic box office.
'...Pressure received positive reviews from critics and audiences. It appears to have settled at a "Certified Fresh" 86% critics' score and a "Verified Hot" 95% audience score on the aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, where the consensus reads, "Finding a fresh angle on one of the most dramatized days in military history, Pressure is a brainy war film that derives most of its thrills from Andrew Scott's simmering performance."
