Ewan Mitchell joins the cast of "Fonda" a psychological thriller directed by Justine Triet.
The film stars Mia Goth, Andrew Scott, Frank Dillane and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, alongside Odessa A’zion and Cherry Jones.
Filming is scheduled to take place between April and June.

News: Andrew Scott set for Justine Triet thriller ‘Fonda’ as production begins in France and UK // April 9, 2026
Production is now underway in southwest France, with an additional UK shoot planned in the English countryside. The film is backed by BBC Film and London-based House Productions, alongside regional French funding.
The project is scheduled to shoot through to June, as Triet builds on the momentum of her Cannes and Oscar-winning breakout, with Fonda already attracting significant international attention.
The project marks Triet’s first English-language feature following the international success of Anatomy of a Fall, and features Scott alongside Mia Goth, Allison Janney, Frank Dillane and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett.
Further casting includes Odessa A’zion, Ewan Mitchell, Cherry Jones and Benedict Wong, rounding out an ensemble led by Goth and Scott.
