I'm a POC/Black artist
I LOVE character designs, world building, and generally anything that deals in making things/make me think about complex ideas
My music taste is all over the place, but I mainly like fandom and movie songs :]

So far, I got my boy, Malachi! He'll be the main representative for Angels :]
As well as the denizens of Dae Town (pronounced as Day)! A remote village/municipality on the outskirts of ToonTown full of toons of the night and mischievous beings!
From right to left:
Sleaze/Sleazy: Resident scoundrel, multi-faceted "businessman" and right hand to Dae Town's baddest Mob boss.
Belle Leeds: Bubbly fabric seller, intense flirt and all-rounder performer at Tekoa Bar & Inn.
Crosby: aspiring crossroads demon, lazy farmhand, and trouble-making kid.
Eudoxia: The owner said Tekoa Bar & Inn. Selectively mute and communicates via ASL/gestures and writing on her notepad. Not a demon.

• What are the children of Angels and Demons like?
• In what environment were they raised?
• Do they have traditional clothes? If so, how are they visually and when do they use them?

|| Children ||
First off, the children of Angels and Demons are know as “Chicks/Cherubs” and “Hellions/Implings” respectively! (I didn't know what seemed better for either, so I choose both of them!)
Chicks have more bird-like attributes during this time and will often chirp, beep, etc. before they start to speak. And we already know demons are mute as babies, then develop clicks and squeaks later in life! :]
|| Environment ||
Housing: Chicks are raised together in nurseries by caregiver angels for a small time—like local nannies and mannies! While Implings are raised within their homes like any other Toons, sometimes in multigenerational houses, though not often.
Place of Living: Angels, as well as their fellow avians, live in Cloud Cities. While Demons reside in two places: Hell or in Dae Town(in my story).
|| Clothing ||
And for clothing, in ancient times, Angels and Demons alike wore the same Greek gowns/clothing as the members of Calix Animi and other Toons of that era! (in my headcannon)
Some clothes were for festivals and feasts, while some were for everyday use, and special roles such as soldiers/massagers.
And nowadays, their clothes are that of the era they're currently living in; the 1930s! :]
ROUGE - a bi-monthly intercrimnal magazine known for its influential authority, top weaponry catalog, and infamous underground editions for the little thugs and mob bosses alike. It's only attainable through a specific subscription letter from the head publishing team and a password from “trusted” vendors.

The movie actually correlates quite a bit with my story between Malachi and Bendy (I swear I'll get to it one day vro, trust 🙏) especially with Bendy's reccuring theme of "wanting to live" when everyone goes after him.
And when looking for someone to be Madame Carlotta, I ended up js picking Fanny (based on Quest) and accidentally paired it up perfectly with Oswald, because they're bitter ex's lol

• Do angels by any chance have any characteristics of Weeping Angels? If so, what are they like?
• Did you mention Angelic Temples? What are they like?! And how did you manage to find one? >:3
• For demons, like angels, can they adopt the opposite species? and if they can, how would they react?

First, I am SO GLAD you brought weeping angels up because with @gargoyles4days permission, I had made a version of their Stone/Statue toon to represent that!
Meets the Angelic Guardians! :D
A type of Stone Toon that acts like a weeping angel—staying still until eyes are off, only to drop the act once times call for “removing” of current threats to the temple/city, based on this statue of Athena! :]
The Temples:
Angelic Temples are the buildings left behind once a cloud city begins to evacuate.
The temples are used for civic practices, open-air theaters, shines, and treasuries. They're constructed like ancient Greek buildings
Many will find Angelic Guardians in and around these buildings or just around the city in general! :]
As for how one finds it: “Just a bit of map reading, whole lot of sneaking, besting stone monstresses, and of course; Luck!” - Felix.
And lastly, for the adopting:
When I saw it, I the you meant demons/angels taking in OTHER species, but now understood thar you meant each OTHER'S species.
*ahem*
When it comes to Demons over Angels about who decide to adopt, it's always a matter of circumstance and which side is more likely to.
Demons will be slightly more willing to adopt/take in an Angel if it is a young child or even an infant. Bringing them in and rasing them up in their own social standards and customs wouldn't be hard, but knowing how they could be with their own kind and possibly turn is... Quite an idea.
Angels, no matter how good intentioned the action might be, others will still judge the fact that infant/child is of demon descent. But after raising the child in their traditions and customs, that preconceived judgement would dissipate. Slowly.

And it gave me courage to ask. Just uuuuuuh, definitely not for oc's porpuses (Asking before for your permission to take inspiration from your works of course. Is completely fine if you say no)
Soooooo, it has been told here that angels don't mind having other bird or avian toons in their communities. Because of how similar they are...
And that demons usually are around other undesired animal toons...
But how do demons and angels feel about animal with horns??? You know: some sheep, goats, cows, deer.
Like sheep are usually related with purity.
And goats are the opposite.
And deers REALLY depends of the interpretation, they can be innocence itself or evil.
And cows... Don't really have much. I mean there is the golden calf, and the relations with other religions. But in cartoon anatomy they do look similar to demons. SO-
Permission is all any artist can ask for! Go ahead :D👍
As for the questions...!
For Demons!
They view other horned toons as close kindred in terms of societal/religious standpoints. Goats in biblical contexts have the reputation as symbols of unrighteousness (I think-), as well with their temperament IRL, it's easy to understand they're more welcoming of the hard-headed and horned folk!
The only other reason why Demons might also see deer as kindred is probably because of beings such as the W*nd*go, or the Adventure Time Deer™(but then again, maybe NOT him—😭).
For Angels!
With sheep, they tend to lean ones that don't possess horns like that of the Jacob sheep(lwky my fav sheep :D) for obvious reasons. And moreso on the topic, they tend to favor sheep of the babydoll/southdown sheep variety due to that "pure" look!
But for cows, is a bit of a give-and-take. On one hand, they—like sheep—are sacrifice animals, but they have also been made to represent idols.

Dae Town was, and still is, a old settlement for demons and all kinds of misunderstood Toons to gather and reside when no where else can be called home.
And while all well-meaning places have their good side, Dae Town is no better. I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but Demons both in business and family, work off the Italian mob mentality like @boxboi51 with Vixvy and her family and Papa Pluto! (Thank u @dip-n-sippy!)
And when encountering strangers, they're relatively welcoming! When they're ancestors and old folks came and made the town, it was made to be a safe space for travelers and new comers alike.
Now for character lore! More below; yap warning!
Sleazy is exactly what he is by his namesake: a snake and a scoundrel.
Just about every and anyone who goes to Eudo's Bar & Inn knows him, which make him quite personable and approachable to those who don't know his background.
Has made multiple personas over the years, usually for his various "side-businesses".
☆ Only has a secondary tail ring as he never knew his parents and lived in-between fosters and orphanages.
A rambunctious and up-beat demon, she is a part-time performer at the Inn as well as a fabrics seller at the local market.
Be warned, when she gets mad enough, she'll shoot off an ear-splitting shriek
As I said briefly, she's a heavy flirt, but takes the hint if the other party state they're not interested/taken; she'll sulk, but understand XD
☆ I want to see if y'all can guess what she's based on!
A lazy yet stubborn demon who lives in the farmer region of Dae town.
He's heard of Crowley once, and made it his life goal to be a crossroads demon/“King of the crossroads”/ref.
Can play the banjo! Not very well, but practices while slacking off most days.
Falls on his forehead a lot when appearing at his "crossroad post"—a little fork in the road near the farm he helps at.
Has taken both a personal and contractual oath of silence. Knows how to speak/use ASL as a result.
Much more expressive due to not speaking, but hums to keep her voice intact.
Is a gentle-hearted, steadfast woman that can absolutely rock your $#!+ if you bust a fight out in her bar.
☆ If you so much as mention or say anything loosely related about her having a twin/doppelganger, she'll give you the Whale Eye™ from the bar until she's calmed down.
