Where Kaiser uses the one-wish willow and wishes to become "somebody who would be loved by Isagi Yoichi" and transforms into Isagi's ideal type! 'Someone who laughs a lot and has a beautiful smile.'
Only Isagi is very much repulsed and horrified at what Kaiser has become and rejects him. ( Because the person doesn't feel real, doesn't feel human and most importantly, doesn't even feel like Kaiser) . The new Kaiser obviously doesn't take well to that. And Isagi is forced into a relationship against his will. ( Because Kaiser threatens to kill himself)
Typical horror shenanigans(that happened in the movie) happen while Isagi races to save himself, and hopefully bring Kaiser's soul back.
