honestly our thing with th whole "tgirl anxiety" convo iz tht liek。clinically speaking we r fairly sure th criteria for anxiety include tht ur fearz must be Unjustified (e.g. like, someone in a warzone doeznt have Getting Bombed Anxiety, thtz just an eminently reasonable fear) and we honestly believe a lot ov why so many transfemz are assigned Anxiety Haver iz tht th psychiatric system refusez 2 acknowledge tht transmisogyny existz and we hav valid reasonz to be concerned abt it。like iz tht transfem Socially Anxious az some innate part ov her being or doez she hav legitimate reason to believe tht navigating th social sphere while transfeminine iz a fraught & risky process in which she haz repeatedly been burned badly？iz th Socially Fearless Tgirl even particularly ~rational~ in th current social context？th normal amount ov fear to feel whilst skipping thru a minefield iz nonzero

also purely anecdotally we Have encountered transfemz without significant amountz ov social anxiety but there iz worryingly high overlap between "nonanxious transfemz" and "transfemz who call th copz on other transfemz" in our own experience so we do suspect in many casez itz less "socially fearless due to their peerless resolve" and more "socially fearless due to their class/race/etc insulating them from th real world dangerz th majority ov us are reacting to, making them dangerously out ov touch & prone to flippantly endangering other girlz az a result"
