☆Welcome to the White Void☆

Sorry this is gonna start as a Smash Bros ramble first, but it'll turn into Kirby at some point I promise fhdhfhdh

So anyway, the first time I saw my uncle was when I played Smash Bros Brawl back in middle school!! The way I imagine Smash to work in universe is as a duo fight and whoever you choose is your partner you fight with. So I chose him as my partner and he didn't want to fight with me at first because I was so inexperienced.

But as we lost over and over again and I kept picking him over and over cause I thought he was cool, he eventually started to become more invested in my growth. After all, if he's gonna keep being stuck with me he at least wanted us to do better. He would protect me while simultaneously teaching me how to fight properly, giving me the heal items even if he needed them more, teaching me how to use the other offensive items, and so on. He was so proud when we won our first match!

At the end of that tournament, everyone returned to their own worlds, but I had never asked my partner what world he came from. I wasn't sure if I'd ever see him again. He remained a mystery to me from the start and to the end. Fast forward a bit (not sure if it was months or perhaps a year) and I suddenly ended up on Planet Popstar! I didn't know anything about it, but I met Kirby and joined him on an adventure to save his planet and reunite himself, since he was split into 10 copies! (My first Kirby game was Kirby Mass Attack for DS in which Kirby was split into 10 Kirbys by the main antagonist ^^)

At some point in our travels, we encountered a knight, and although he didn't immediately recognize me, he recognized the fighting style that he had taught me almost instantly. I didn't recognize him either until after we'd defeated him and he remarked how far I'd come since the tournament. He invited me to stay on the Halberd with him and his crew whenever I came to Popstar, since he knew by this point I must've traveled there from another world.

Okay so this is supposed to be Kirby lore I know but most of my lore for Kirby really is tied to Smash Bros so now we have to fast forward to the next Smash game HFJSHCFHDH

By the time Smash 4 happens, I had just gotten into the accident in the Mario world that gave me my signature lightning powers. This was very fresh, probably like a couple weeks after I'd gotten my powers, and I had very little control of them. I had very dangerous outbursts and was in general a danger to everyone around me.

Meta Knight took it upon himself to train me and spent pretty much the entire tournament with me, helping me hone my powers better. He hardly even cared about winning the tournament overall, he was just super invested in me getting better with my powers. And as he trained me, the pride he felt reminded him of when he trained me back in Brawl. He realized being a mentor brought him joy and that's when he officially decided to take me under his wing as his pupil! (At that point he basically already had in every way but name, but now it was official!)

So, returning again to the Kirby universe, the next time I came is when I started going by Spark Knight! To show that I was officially a Meta-Knight in training!! The other Meta-Knights are also like family to me,,,,

I actually haven't played too many Kirby games, but Kirby Star Allies is my favorite one, and probably the one I've spent the most time in! I'd imagine that game would be the first one I would actually appear in!! (That is to say, Mass Attack was the first for my in-universe lore, but Star Allies would be the first that my sona actually appears in as a character!) Maybe I could have teeny tiny cameo appearances in the other games,, like notes left in the Halberd or a pic of the Halberd Crew with me in it too,,

Methinks I would simply be a dream friend in Star Allies,, my description would explain that I'm a Meta-Knight in training and this is the first adventure I've gone on since joining Meta Knight's crew!!

With Kirby and the Forgotten Land (my next favorite ^^), I would be with my uncle, protecting the Waddle Dee village!! And in the arena thing, I would be the fight right before him! We wouldn't fight together since he is very chivalrous and would never fight 2 on 1 against Kirby (or anyone) like that. Although,, methinks there could be a secret hard mode fight that can only be done if the game is in 2-player mode where I do indeed join him and we fight together against both Kirby and Bandanna Dee,, that would be cool,,,,,, I bet people would put the game in 2-player but then just leave the second controller there with no player just so they could do the fight by themselves as like true hard mode or whatever,,

In a fight like that, if uncle Meta goes down first, I would start charging up a very powerful arena-wide attack that would bring down Kirby and Bandanna Dee's health to like 1% no matter how much health they had. It would take a bit of time to charge, so in that time they would have to defeat me before I can unleash it. There would be a timer on screen for it. Or maybe the player could cheese it by coming into the fight with a healing item and save it for after that attack, hehe ^^ If I go down first, uncle Meta would start attacking faster and his attacks would do a lot more damage. Nothing extra or special moves he didn't have before, just pure knightly prowess!

That was a loooooot of ramble for my uncle I love him,,,,, but now for my other main Kirby f/o: Marx!!

So like,, Marxie doesn't really make a lot of appearances fjhsjfjd I never played the game he's from, and my first encounter with him was in Mass Attack, but he was a boss in a pinball subgame and I can't really??? Do anything with that lore wise??? hdhjshfsh

I never found a way to incorporate him into my sona lore (he was always just an f/o I appreciated outside of source if that makes sense?? Like I enjoyed him and would imagine us interacting but I just didn't have backstory for us), but now that I am rambling here randomly I think I just found a way to!!

So back when I was first playing Mass Attack and I was playing the pinball minigame, it was very hard for me to get to him because he was the final boss of 4 and you have to get a certain amount of points to get to him (and I suck at pinball HDBSJDSJS). But the first time I got to him, I thought he was terrifying but really cool! And then I lost to him almost immediately jdhdjhd. I'm talking like, within seconds of seeing him. Since then I kept wanting to get to him again for a rematch but it was soooo hard cause I was so bad at pinball,,

And now that I'm thinking on it more, I've decided that in-universe, I met him during my first trip to Popstar after a point in which Kirby and I got separated. I engaged in a duel with him and immediately was overpowered (this is of course back when I had only a little bit of training from Meta Knight; I could only really fight alongside him or Kirby). He just laughed at me and disappeared and when I reunited with Kirby, I couldn't even explain what had happened, I was so shocked. But a sense of rivalry grew in me. From then on, I would be on the lookout for him, wanting to get that rematch.

I wouldn't get to see him again until Super Smash Bros Ultimate (yes we're back to Smash again hfhshdj), and by that point, I was a lot stronger both as a fighter and also because I had mastered my new power thanks to my uncle. So I finally got him to have a rematch with me. Who knows who won, but in the end we just laughed together because we had so much fun ^^
