My endocrinologist was speechless yesterday when I got on the scale and the number read 372 lbs.

“I have never seen a purely fat gain this rapid. I’m astonished that you are not in a state of metabolic derangement as a result. Perhaps most concerning is that we don’t know what has actually caused it.”

As a thank you, I took this video doing pull ups (edited to include picture screenshots). This is just body weight and I will say I had just finished heavier sets of weighted pull ups, but wow my form isn’t as good as I think it is 😅 I think the first few reps are good but the rest are definitely not good reps. It ain’t easy pulling up nearly 225 pounds!

Also, damn I look BIG here! 😳

So it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been working on maintenance and I am up over 4 pounds 😂🥴 This is morning weight before eating.
