Every last Sunday of the month is Sunday RIOTS by Civilian Clothing. FREE & ALL AGES. There is FOOD, MUSIC, and ART. Always displaying the local talents of artists making noise in Las Vegas. Come out and enjoy an afternoon with us as we celebrate a special Reggae RIOTS.

I will be DJ’ing the Sapient w/ AED and Illmaculate Light Tiger // Pigeons Tour at Beauty Bar Saturday July 26th. We have a DJ battle where 6 DJs will compete for prizes, braggin rights, and $100. 2 minute DMC/IDA/ITF style routines. All spots are now filled, but be on the look out for the next Put Your Quarter Up Battles. There is also an emcee battle for $100 and performances by Late For Dinner and Highdro. $8 21+

R.E.V.E.R.S. and myself decided to enter this competition hosted by BeatStars to remix Mursday!’s Tabletops single off their new album. We entered in the last week of the month long competition, and we used LANDER.com to master the track. I am not of fan of Lander. I would rather mix the track myself. To vote: http://bsta.rs/21f70

I entered the DMC Online DJ Championship Competition for 2014. Round 10 has been the most competitive round yet, as many champions and highly skilled DJs have entered the final submission round. This is my first video entry. I made this up in a few hours, as motivation took hold and I decided to compete. I entered the DMC Online Championships Competition for 2014, again. In previous years, I had known we were allowed to enter as many rounds as we would like for the online competition. What I did not know was that we can enter as many videos into a single round as possible. I entered a second video, this time with my unfinished J-Dilla Madlib Frank-N-Dank- McNasty Filth routine. I cut this routine down for timing, and as you can see, I get a little lost but then gain my momentum back. I still need to overcome hitting record and forgetting about it. I always sound different when the camera is rolling or when I am recording into Serato.
