His wing has extra joints, allowing it to open much wider. I wonder how much more varied his moveset could have been during combat? Perhaps Victor could have used it as a shield, similar to the enemies in RE6.

He was housed by foster parents who did not even want to try and understand him. His autism and intelligence were off putting to people who had been looking for a "normal" child, and they treated him very badly for it. They thought him an inhuman freak and communicated such displeasure with him as often as they could.

Victor wildly in science and math and loved getting lost into the worlds of books. He was hated and shunned by his classmates but found solace in his education. This and the horrible treatment at home ignited a drive to succeed and survive. He would free himself through education and work ethic. And thus he did.

Umbrella was scouting for such intensely focused individuals and found exactly what they were looking for with Victor. One of the Umbrella agents had noticed scars and bruises and discovered just how abysmal his living situation was. Spencer used this knowledge to entice the boy to enter a special program. He had major plans and such ambitions required the brightest minds. And Victor's was young and vulnerable to influence.

Spencer is the only true father figure Victor has ever known and it led him to idolizing the man and his ideals. Victor was beyond the nasty usual people of the world, he was unique! He had been personally selected to work on the T-EV95 after having massive success with the Umbrella program and a Harvard education.

And until Umbrella Victor never had friends to speak of. Now he was surrounded by like minded people who were not treated as freaks and oddities. And when the time came to take the T-EV95, Victor was eager. For most of his life he hadn't been seen as human, so why cling to being one? Now he could be so much more.

Victor's predator grin becomes one of shock and indignation as I fire off. His clothes get hit and he shields his face, cowering from the beloathed substance. How?? How had she discovered his weakness?!?

"An apple a day keeps the doctor at bay! And this has 50 FUCKING APPLES FUCKER! AHAHAHA!"

Victor screams and races off with surprising speed, ego on fire as more strikes him. An eye wash station is his savior to get it off his face and he is grateful for his visor. He puts more distance between himself and the infuriating uppity meat.
