Hey everyone! Apiary is opening its lair signups to ye old Tumbles dot com! All you need to do is put your ingame name on the signup and be logged in on time. :3 

It’s perfectly okay if you’ve never done a lair before, or if you’ve done them a million times. Mostly, we just ask you don’t be a dick and that you don’t clear the signups. We’ll clear them weekly. Other than that, just meet the requirements listed on the sheet. (It’s nothing horrible I swear, we’re not asking for ip 650+ DPS)

Commission pricing: $13 per lore article. I will ask for payment after we’ve determined what I’m writing about and I’m satisfied that I can, in fact, write a lore article on the subject. I will not publish the lore article or share it with the commissioner until payment has been received.

Note: Right now I’m only writing lore articles in the voice of the Buzzing. I want to eventually offer lore articles in the voice of the Black Signal as well.

To commission me, please just send a message here (not to my main blog) or to my discord if you’re able to contact me there. I’ll need some information about whatever subject you want a lore article for of course.

Persons of Interest: Please be prepared to share major motivations and events in the character’s life. I may ask further questions if I feel it necessary, and I’m always willing to help you flesh out a character.

I thought people would look up guides and videos for this fight, considering that not only is this event not new but there’s also a raid based off of it, but I was apparently very wrong so! Here y’all go. 

1) The guy talking is named Zuberi. He gives you directions. Pay attention to Zuberi.

2) If Zuberi says “Be careful!” or “Hurry! We have no time to spare”, a handful of people need to jump off the main platform to kill She Who Crawls Outside. You’ll want a cleanse or a self-heal until they fix the bug of the Filth not clearing before Zuberi’s protection lifts.

3) If Zuberi says “Well Done!”, that means She Who Crawls Outside is defeated and it is safe for everyone to go to the upper platform by jumping off the main platform.

3) If Zuberi says “We must reach the next platform!”, it means you need to jump off the platform you are on to go to the upper platform. Hopefully, he’s said “Well Done!” already. If you stay down on the main platform, Flappy will one-shot you with “Rending Reality”.

4) If the Spiders, aka Child of the Crawling Outsider (or something like that), are down, THEY ARE YOUR MAIN TARGET. PEEL OFF FLAPPY TO KILL SPOODERS.

5) Also kill adds. They will chew through dps and healers otherwise. The ten seconds it’ll take two of you to kill and add is worth the DPS loss on Flappy compared to the hardest hitters in the raid getting munched.

6) Otherwise, kick Flappy’s ass. Try to stay on his hips unless you’re his current target, as it’ll be easier to dodge his AoEs.

7) If you are Flappy’s target, try to keep him as still as possible. Running around doesn’t help you live any longer, makes it harder for healers to find you, and lowers raid DPS.

So I have to be honest with you guys because well I feel awful. My health hasn’t been great recently and so I haven’t logged into SWL in at least two weeks, that’s going to change I promise. There is also going to be a minor change in content, since I really enjoy writing the spoof articles and apparently so do you guys.
