Barragan: the godfather basically. How dare you come to him on the day of his daughters wedding. Loly Menoly and Circci: Barragan’s sugarbabies. Thots, but its cool. Barragan’s fraccion: the polar bears from Zootopia

Shuhei: owns newspaper because this nerd loves the press. Apparently the all work here. This one just one of Hanataro’s jobs. Kanoji: Superhero because of course he is.

Aizen: Corrupt cop, probably actually runs the mob so its fun I guess. Gin and Tosen: other corrupt cops, Gin is undercover to stop Aizen’s nefariousness. Wonderweiss: Adopted precious innocent child.

Starrk and Lilinette: Probably brother and sister, Starrk probably owns the bar to allow Lilinette in there.

Hiyori Nel and Mashiro: gotta keep one jump ahead of the breadline, one swing ahead of the… bat. Basically street rats but it’s fine. Ganju: runs a grocery store

Grimmjow: Runs a small gang. They are close. Out of high school. Fraccion: Almost all out of high school except edgelord Di Roy over here in his skull and crossbones. Probably failing because he won’t go.

Hallibel: Super beautiful bartender, probably gets hit on a lot. Apacci Sun-Sung and Mila Rose: come to stare at Hallibel’s beautiful face. Frustrated lesbians

Ulquiorra: Sadman, probably still working for Aizen.

Chad: Pro boxer, we’re all so proud of him. Handsome man. Zommari: Not a pro boxer, apparently.

Renji: fashion disaster. skateboard punk apparently, hangs out with these two scrubs Mizuiro and Keigo: Mizuiro is still salty and Keigo is still an adorable idiot.

Hachi: 5 star chief, deserves every star, feeds the homeless because he’s a good person. Wild guesses: Shinji, hair stylist. Kensei, personal trainer. Rose, singer. Love, idk man a reviwer.

Kyoraku and Ukitake: rich businessmen. Ukitake has tuberculosis. Lisa and Nanao: Lisa works for Kyoraku, Nanao is his ward. Kiyone and Sentaro: maid and butler, also live in nurse and doctor.

Unohana: rich lady from nefarious background, acts innocent. Hanataro’s second job, look at dem legs tho. Like seriously wtf. Isane and Chojiro: Butler and maid.

Espada in general: Probably all work for Aizen. buuut… Headcanons: Szayel is still a scientist and does some more… questionable research with the funds gained from his side job here. Yammy: big ol’ muscle. Aaroniero: ??? might just be Kaien with a mask Luppi: Probably still in school tbh, way younger then the rest of the espada, surprisingly good at fighting multiple dudes at once. Nnoitra: Probably just gets into fights all the time still, Tesla is still so tired of it.

These nerds are all still friends in high school, probably got drug into some bullllshit by Grimmjow or something and have to deal with it.

I mean it. No roleplay is worth suffering abuse, tolerating abuse.

“But I love my characters too much” Are fictional characters worth sacrificing self-care? No, absolutely not.

“But I love the roleplay too much” Is a story worth sacrificing your mental health? No, absolutely not. 

“But I can’t find anyone better” Yes, you can find better, more caring and positive people. Yes. You. Can.

“But they’re my friend” Friends don’t abuse. Period. 

“But I can’t move on without them/their characters” Says who? You don’t NEED someone else to move forward. That’s up to you and how you choose to go about it. Just because your characters are heavily intertwined with someone else’s character doesn’t mean you can’t leave and your characters aren’t able to move on.

I’ve heard all the excuses before and I just absolutely will never tell someone to stay in a roleplay if they’re being abused. I won’t stand for it. 

This is a hobby, first and foremost. A community where you’re supposed to enjoy yourself and have fun, not be abused, manipulated, and neglected. You will run into people who do this in the community unfortunately, but there is NOTHING in this hobby worth staying in an abusive relationship for. At all. Ever.
