welcome to the dc polyamory poll!!
rules:
basic
-there will be a total of six rounds (with TWO special death matches)
- up to 44 ships can be submitted for the poll before admissions close (no more, no less. but if we can only get to 22, we will simply lose a round)
- you have a week to submit ships, and then the polls will begin. voting will close on friday the 16th of this month.
- unless we reach our goal or 22 or 44 ships entered before the 16th, then polls will begin early.
- ships must have at LEAST three people (asks can contain names of ship members and pictures)
- only one ship per ask!! you can send more than one but only one per ask
- if a ship ties, they will then be entered into a sudden death round where they have 24 hours to become untied.
propaganda and content
- you can submit propaganda for your ship on polls and debate amongst yourselves but i ask that you remain respectful and kind no matter the ships popularity or who wins.
- any type of content made for polls (as long as it is primarily focused on the ship in question) are welcome! (art, fic, playlists, etc)
- all content made is worth ONE POINT to be added onto final poll tally.
- tag this blog in any content made for polls or use tag #dcpolyampoll
round info
- each round will last ONE WEEK before advancing onto the next (with possible brief pauses in between rounds)
- there will be two separate death matches set sometime between rounds, the fighting champions will be the losers of previous polls who had the most content made about them POST DEATH IN ROUND
- death match will be announced, and voters will be given a week for content making and 24 hours for poll voting once week is up.
- if no content is made for any ships at all, the ships will be the two closest ships to winning in previous rounds OR I pull a random ship and enter them back into the running. make content I am no longer asking.
- BUT once a ship loses their round, any content made for them will count toward possible inclusion in death match
