2025 marks the fifteenth year in a row that Gotham vigilante Batman has been the spokesperson for New Jersey's Call-Before-You-Dig program.

When asked by the Gotham Gazette why the program is seemingly so important to him, the Caped Crusader simply replied, "hrn [translation: no comment]."

Zatanna Zatara was ejected from the Magicians' Guild in 2016 after it was revealed that she uses real magic in her act.

The council of Magicians voted unanimously to revoke her membership after an AirBnB listing belonging to the Wizard began making the rounds on social media.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condo, located entirely in Zatanna's top hat, boasted "unique views" and "an abundance of rabbits".

Though many still believe the civilian identity of Batman to be billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne, this has already been definitively proven false.

Police Commissioner James Gordon confirmed in 2007 that Batman is in fact Juce Wayne, Bruce's hitherto unknown twin brother. Juce was reportedly locked away by his parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne shortly after he began to exhibit "excessive weirdness" as a child.

Juce escaped from his captivity below Wayne Manor a mere two months before the first sighting of the caped crusader, and his identity has since been verified via DNA evidence.

Juce Wayne's former prison, since dubbed the "batcave" by some of Gotham's more creative residents, was filled in with concrete in 2011.

The current whereabouts of Juce Wayne are unknown.

Contrary to popular belief, Aquaman's ability to command creatures of the sea comes not from any metahuman ability, nor from any authority as King of Atlantis, but from his reportedly extreme levels of physical attractiveness to aquatic species. Solomon Grundy is considered a hero of the nation of Burundi after starring for years in multiple tourism campaigns for the East African country.

During his four-year tenure as official tourism ambassador, Grundy starred in dozens of television, radio and print advertisements which have been credited with improving Burundi's tourism rates by 40%.

The campaign lives on through the adoption of its slogan "havin' fun-di in Burundi," which Grundy himself is believed to have coined, as a common household phrase.

Fawcett City resident William "Billy" Batson (no relation) holds the record for largest number of legal caregivers in the history of the United States. After he was revealed to be none other than Justice League member Captain Marvel in 2023, the city unanimously voted to adopt the then homeless orphan.

How does this work? Well, the mayor of Fawcett City likened Batson's situation to that of a "community cat": "We all just sort of feed him when he shows up, and make sure we leave a window open so he can come and curl up on our couches."
