Clown Universe, Exhibit 453,069: Warm-up sketch based on an actual photo of Brian Issack Clyde, the man who opened fire at a federal courthouse in Dallas, TX yesterday. This image is like a Boris Vallejo painting from a universe where the President is a reality TV shill; where people legit believe that the earth is flat; and where everyday people breathe micro plastics into their lungs. Note the waifu pillow, “clinging” to our “hero”, like some scantily clad barbarian maid out of Robert E. Howard. Sweet Heavenly Father Above, if I must be condemned to see the decline of modern civilization, can it at least be carried out by people who aren’t such fucking dorks?

I’m trying to use some of my time, where I can, to make more propaganda. I know that mere drawings, like mere cosplay, is not everything. You gotta vote, you gotta show up in the streets, and you gotta occasionally do some civil and not-so-civil disobedience. Today, when I’m on the clock, trying to keep a roof over my head, I can spend an hour holed up in a closet with the thing I’m beat at and hopefully encourage some of the more courageous comrades that I know who are fighting the good fight.
