Queer joy really is unlike any other form. It's loud and resilient and I love it.
I'm sure someone has said it before, but I'm going to say it again. The worst part of being gay (at least I think) isn't the prejudice but the never ending process of coming out.
Story time: I just started a new job in a very rural area in a red state. My boss is an elderly gentleman who grew up Mormon and my coworker is Christian. So, when referring to my girlfriend, I call her my roommate. Even as my emergency contact (we live together), she is listed as "roommate".
Thankfully, I came to learn that Boss is super comfortable with the LGBT+ community. But that meant that I had to explain to him that I had put Girlfriend as Roommate because of political safety reasons, which really puts me off on the wrong foot.
So, yes, the prejudice plays a part, but I really hate having to come out over and over and over again.

It’s nearly pride month, you know what that means it’s time for y’all yearly reminder;
THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR TRANSPHOBES,
ASEXUAL/AROMANTIC EXCLUSIONISTS,
AROMANTIC/ASEXUAL PHOBES,
HOMOPHOBES, BIPHOBES, PANPHOBES AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO SAY “invalid label” TO ANYONE IN THE QUEER COMMUNITY
(apart from those who use the “it’s a label” to push sick ideas like being attracted to children)
And finally anyone who supports, voted for, or likes trump and the surrounding policies.
Go fuck yourselves ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙🖤🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🤍
I just love that the gay tags come up with the flag colors. It brings me such simple joy
Y'all math is hard. If you're good at math, you scare me
I know I'm not anywhere near being a big deal, but if y'all could share your identities in the comments, it would really help me out! I want to know what combinations are the most common so I can make sure I have those one's merch in stock!

I want to share every piece I've made so far! Some pictures are better than others, but I love each and every one of them (even if they're a little messed up)! I hope you like them too! Each one of them has a description underneath it. It's really cool to see the progression of what I've made laid out like this!

I made this (supposed to be) bracelet for my friend, Kayla Katz, to help her promote her music. Her first EP, "Birdy", is going to be coming out at... some point. So I made her this. Each picture represents one of the songs on the EP. In order, we have: Sunrise, The Orchard, Golden Grass (my personal favorite), Butterfly, Forever (still getting mixed), and The Meadow Song. If you haven't already, you should check her out! @kaylanicolekatzmusic on Instagram and TikTok. Also, credit to @myotherblogisinthewash for the designs!
This isn't my usual work but I wanted to share this sick dragon tapestry I made for a friend because I'm so proud of it. I didn't have a banana, so here's a pineapple for scale.
