Finagains Orchard - Title Work In Progress - general wip drawing. Literally over a year ago, I had the idea of this drawing. And I’ve struggled to get it just right, redrawing it 5 separate times. 2 days ago I started on this version. I don’t have a picture of all of them but here’s one of them with it. I think the hardest thing was deciding on the perspective and basically combining 20 horse references to get the angle for that perspective. When I first did this it was easier to it at a static angle because hey there are references of the sides of horses online. I made it harder for myself because I HAD A VISION AND I WANTED THIS TO BE COOL. Arrakuda and Barraskewda digital painting This is based on a drawing from @thetallgrass , and it inspired me recreate their composition in my own style. What I’ve been doing for the past couple of days. I actually think it looks great. This was from a request from the directors of a play I designed the set off. They asked me if I could make a portrait of their professor as a dictator for the set. The play was canceled because the premier was the weekend the quarantine was declared for our school.
