"Isn't it weird that [thing humans commonly eat] is poisonous to literally every domesticated animal" I mean, there's a pretty good chance that [thing humans commonly eat] is at least mildly poisonous to humans, too. One of our quirks as a species is that we think our food is bland if it doesn't have enough poison in it.
Humans have a really weird mix of mundane superpowers.
We're not fast and don't have a lot of natural weaponry but we're bizarrely tolerant to a broad range of toxins to the point that one toxin is considered a morning necessity for some to perform at work. Gotta love us.

On the 1st of March, Bulgarian people celebrate Baba Marta (baba means 'Grandma' and Marta means 'March'). You celebrate the end of winter and welcome spring.
People exchange and wear Martenitsas. These are Bracelets made of twisted red and white threads, symbolising health and happiness and a lucky charm against evil spirits.
Martenitsas are worn til you see the first signs of spring – seeing a stork or a fruit tree in blossom. After that you tie them on a blossoming tree. symbolising fertility thus giving the tree health and luck, which the person wearing the Martenitsa enjoyed while wearing it.

Do y’all remember how, on Twitter, Elon started a tirade against artists who ask for credit when their art is reposted, and he suddenly he created one of the first big art AI programs?
Do y’all remember how AI destroyed the field of freelance translation, despite the inferiority of the machine translations, because companies didn’t care about the quality of the translations? They just wanted it done for free?
Do y’all know how companies will see a lot of money going into a New Tech Thing (like, say, AI art apps) and will jump to try and implement that New Tech Thing into their tech? For example, how it felt like every big company and celebrity had an NFT to sell?
Just wondering.
