What the doctor says (01)
(I have noticed a few spelling discrepancies in this book. My dad did mention Robert grew up with a form of dyslexia which could be an explanation? Whatever the case, it's made it a pain to transcribe, and I will attempt to correct these blemishes as I go)

"NOTES ON THE REVERAND BY DOCTOR ROBERT . HARRIS
In my 20+ years of being a doctor here at St James Hospital, I've seen some of my fair share of odd and / or peculiar cases, some pretty depressing.
But quite recently, I have recognised a very unusual pattern forming around my patients in the last several months that has me looking at them in very different light's.
Every patient I have had since the carnage at Pembridge has spoken to me about seeing an entity in the shape of a man, varying in height and style of dress. The most consistent part of this beings description is the fact he has no face. Any inquiry on this things face results in regular responses of:
"HE DOESN'T HAVE ONE DOCTOR"
This answer repeated over and over again has boggled my mind. What mortal ma is capable of walking the Earth missing his basic requirements for eating, drinking, breathing, etc. It requires a twisted sense of humour from god, that's for sure.
Regardless, this book will document any mention/sighting/likeness of the being commonly referred to as the Reverand by my patients.
This documentation will start with a full description of this being and other names to describe it*
*(He forgot to include these list of names in this segment, though a list does later appear in the book after the third patient report)
FACE: No face is described by my patients, meaning it has no eyes, no mouth, no nose, etc.
HEIGHT: Ranges between the heights of 7 feet to 12 feet tall exactly.
WARDROBE: commonly described wearing a suit, though the colour patterns and even the materials change. Some patients even described him wearing various types of hats.
MISCELLANEOUS: Is described to have multiple appendages, though like it's suit, the description changes. Some patients say that multiple sleeved arms extend from its back. Some say it’s octopus/squid tentacles, others even describe them as spider arms, or even tree branches.
The Reverand is also said to disrupt any radio signals, as well as corrupt photos taken of it. I have not got any myself but I will attempt to collect any.
I have no standing beliefs on whether or not these claims are factual, (atleast not until I have those photos), so my suspicions are still high. On the next page, I'll have a sketch of this thing drawn by a patient, that way Its likeness is documented by a viable source.
(The drawing is included above)
Doctors notes: The patient I had draw this was very hesitant when I told him what I needed drawing.
I will now be documenting the testimonies of my patients who have seen this Reverand and what happened to them during it, starting with:
Our session started on a very quiet note. Keith leading up to this session was brought in after he was found in a utility closet shivering and rambling about how "(he) didn't mean to do it" that "man made him do it"
What this man made him do was confirmed later to be the 12 murdures committed at his work basement, the victims tied up by the neck and hung off the light bulbs, their bodies eviscerated, explaining the blood all over Keith.
After making the boy comfortable enough to talk, I asked him to walk me through the night.
"It started with my part-time job babysitting my sisters kid. The day was normal, we walked the dog down to baffins, fed the ducks, she played on the park equipment, and then we got ice cream and went home. When I put her to bed, that was when things got bad.
There was a bit of commotion from the backyard. Normally, that wouldn't bother me because the area is infested with foxes, and usually, they sneak into the garden for shelter in the sheds. But when I went to chase off, what I thought was foxes, I found trash vags, tiny trash bags hanging from the washing line"
I went on to ask the patient if he investigated the contents of these bags, abd wjo left him there
"I can't give an answer as to who left me the bags doctor, but when I investigated, I found human organs inside, marinated in blood"
The patient went quiet as though reliving the night in his head. It took at least two attempts to stir him out of hod stupor to have him continue the story.
"Sorry, doctor. After opening the bags, I rushed back into the house to call the police but then. . . I don't remember anything else after that point. I can recall a few noises. . . Guttural screams, skin tearing, bones breaking. . . That's when I woke up in the storage closet at my work. . . I don't know the victims factor, I only know one was my niece, I'm sorry, but I can't give you any more."
The boy was unable to tell me anything further. He broke down in grief, the memory of his sisters death hitting him hard, no doubt.
The story continues with the aid of security cameras across the given locations. Footage taken from a family door cam sees Keith leave his home at 12:00 a.m., carrying his unconscious niece in his arms before pulling out of the driveway and beginning his journey towards his work.
Dash cam footage is uneventful. The sound is missing, so there's no knowing as of what happens in the car.
However, something to note is that at 12:45 a.m., the car makes a stop at the side of the road where Keith exits to stand in view if the das cam. While it's not seen who he's talking to, the word "sir" forms on his lips multiple times.
It's possible he's talking to this "man," he referred to when the police found him
Again, I'm not certain about the connection, not until more evidence presents itself, but the static that later accompanies the one-sided conversion definitely sells this mysterious individuals presence.
My next interview will be conducted tomorrow morning with one of my more older patients. For now, though, I must indulge myself on sleep, less I pass out on the job"
The log ends here. I don't like how close this patients story is to where I live, but perhaps it might be possible to ask about for further details...possibly
