stop bargaining with reality. genuinely. maybe you can have this ?? maybe if you do that then ?? no. absolutely not. cut it out. chop chop. pack it up. kiss it on the forehead and send it on its way. we are not negotiating like this is a flea market. reality responds to YOU. put your foot down. plant it. glue it to the ground if you have to. start deciding. i will wake up tomorrow with 10k ???? what if- that’s it. no footnotes. no terms and conditions. believe you can have what you want. stop belittling yourself like you’re asking for permission when you are the core of creation itself. stand up. square your shoulders. say it like you mean it. because you’re not here to beg. you’re not here to bargain. you’re here to choose. decide what you want and watch reality panic a little trying to keep up.

something i’ve learned is: stop listening to people. period. full stop. i could end the post here honestly. but alas, i continue. because often times when you tell someone your goals, your dreams, your plans..you’ll hear things like:
“it doesn’t work like that”
“you can’t just do that”
okay??? but that’s how you think the world works. that’s what you were able to manage. you can only meet me at the level you’ve reached, and respectfully??? that’s not my limit. it’s their ceiling. their tired little worldview. but that doesn’t apply to me. or you. or anyone operating from knowing that it is done. people build entire lives inside invisible cages and then act like they have no key. but half the time? the cage is made of someone else's bad advice. or fear. or scarcity mindset from 2009. they’re speaking from inside their little cage. not yours !!!
CIRCUMSTANCES ARE ON YOU
you must take responsibility to change them
I’m not gonna use the wording “your fault”, because you are never at fault. The word fault makes it sound like you did something wrong and you never do. It has negative connotations and nothing is negative about you. As God you never do anything wrong. I think the word to use is “responsibility”. You must take responsibility.
Because the thing is you are not human, you ARE GOD. Things do not happen to you they happen from/through you. Because of things in your subconscious. Nothing in reality is random, there is nothing outside of you, once you realise that you got yourself here, you will start to see how easy and natural it is to get yourself out and to where you want to be.
only you got yourself here only you can get yourself out.
See when it comes to circumstances you’ve got to do two things:
1. Understand that this was your creation
Example: let’s say you want to manifest your specific person, you’ve been doing affirmations, but all of a sudden you see you’ve been kicked out of their private insta. You must understand that this did not happen TO you, this happened FROM you.
You are not some NPC that gets pushed around by the events, twists and turns of the game, you are the game developer. There is nothing down to the last detail that you haven’t created, even the words you are reading now.
2. Refuse to see this from the eyes of your ego
Your ego is the one that assigns meaning to things, but everything just is, there is no such thing as big and small, hard and easy, bad and good, everything just is, it’s neutral. And when you understand that you will see that the 3D doesn’t happen TO you, it’s a feedback loop. In terms of the example, you wouldn’t see being kicked out of your sp’s insta as a set back happening to you, you would see this as input and feedback, because that’s all the 3D is. It’s the ego that spirals, put a negative or positive label on things.
“This is a situation I created, and why?” Look into your subconscious and find the answer as to why you created a situation where your specific person distanced themselves. And yes, you have the answer because you are the only one with answers as no one is outside of you. You have created everything here, this whole illusion, even the words you are reading right now.
Once you see that the 3D isn’t against you, it’s just this input and feedback game, you will honestly start to find circumstances laughable.
And once you see that you are the creator and that this is all your doing, you will be able to collapse time between you and your desires
Choose which game to play by inputting things that benefit you
Do not panic at the life that has been sculpted for you as it has been done BY you and only YOU can change it.

HOW TO STOP SELF SABOTAGING + DOUBTING
MAKE YOUR GOALS/HABITS AN IDENTITY. Your lifestyle makes up who you are, quite literally. If you want to wake up early, then start identifying yourself as an early bird. If you want to get good grades, then start identifying yourself as a studious student. And so on.
This helps with feeling more accountable and committed to our goals and habits. However, don’t use this as a reason to overexert yourself.
THERE IS SOMETHING UNDERNEATH CERTAIN BEHAVIOURS. All of your bad habits stem from your subconscious. This is why mentally healthy people tend to think more about their physical health.
The best way to recognise patterns beneath your bad habits is just to talk to yourself. In any way or any form. Identify it, see what might’ve caused this subconscious thought and then work towards a way to replace the feeling that these bad habits give with a good one.
DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME. The more you fixate on the long-term results, the more longer, strenuous and exhausting your journey is going to be, especially because you’re going to want to give up as soon as results don’t appear. Focus on the short-term results.
You exercised? Now you feel good inside. You studied hard and understood everything? Great job for being so productive. You did that one really scary thing? What a great start!
THE PART OF YOU THAT DOES BAD HABITS IS NOT BAD. It is the complete opposite of bad. It loves you and wants to keep you safe, so it refrains you from doing anything ‘scary’ (which is typically new things in our lives) and makes you fall back on ‘safe’ habits which are a coping mechanism.
So, instead of berating that part of you that participates in bad habits even if you know it’s bad, understand it. As these coping mechanisms usually stem from our childhoods, we turn to these habits when we feel stressed, anxious or depressed.

what they dont tell you about growing up as a very lonely little girl is that you grow up and still a part of you remains that very lonely little girl
“If you have time to be on social media, you also have time for…” “If you have time to watch Netflix, you also have time for…” Yeah, but do I have the energy for it? Do I have the emotional and mental capacity for it? Am I pain-free enough for it? Can I focus on it? Can I do it without leaving my bed? Can I safely do it without risk of (physically or emotionally) injuring myself by pushing past my boundaries?
Actually I DON'T have time.
I need insane amounts of rest to function. There's a good chance I'll also be on tumblr, chatting to a friend, listening to podcast etc. during that resting time.
But I can't use that time to do whatever I want, whenever I want, because pushing myself past my limits will make me feel like crap for days.
So technically it's NOT free time.
This is a very helpful way of putting it. Recovery time isn't free time; it's for RECOVERY. And if you're neurodivergent or chronically ill or anything in that register, it becomes even more mandatory because your mind and body will punish you that much more severely for neglecting recovery. (Though, uh, that is definitely a thing that will happen to you even if you're Perfectly Normal And Healthy, it just probably won't be as immediate or obvious! so you may not even notice it until it MAKES you neurodivergent or chronically ill!)
