Sorry I am still Dealing With the idea that Adora just freaking jumped off the platform into the abyss with absolutely no indication she would survive it, because she had promised Catra she wasn’t leaving without her and she was not going to break another promise to Catra, end of story. The narrative gave her the perfect excuse to give up, in fact it was stupid not to give up, Catra had just plummeted countless stories into nothing after probably having her brain fried by Prime anyway. In any other story Adora would have screamed and wept at the edge of the platform, and mourned because there was nothing she could do to save her, and no one would have argued. Not this one!!! In this one, Catra tumbled down into the darkness and Adora jumped after her like an idiot and saved her and I will never be over it.
