The Life and Times

My room’s definitely been a bit of a reflection of my mental state for the last month and then some. The floordrobe continues to pile up. You tidy, it lasts for a day and then it’s back to ground zero before you know it.  It’s an introspective night. I’m thinking a lot about the role people have in my life and in return, I in theirs. I think a decent chunk of it is a pretty face on a nice body, which is fair, it’s nice for people to think that. And I suppose, it’s okay if that’s what I am to most people who know me/of me. You want to know your value sometimes, or maybe you don’t care. Not caring is a powerful position, but not one I easily put on. Even so, at the end of the day, I want to be more than a nice aesthetic that says dumb things and makes people laugh.  You’d think you grow past this side of tumblr at 27, but there’s something a bit more grounding in putting it out there. Maybe someone connects? To what, I’m not sure, I don’t know I’ve made a solid claim in any of this. It’s certainly easier than writing it down in my journal.
