Aside from the glasses looking a little wonky, which is really more Dobson’s design issue, I don’t see anything to critique. And his mild expression works a lot better than Dobson’s usual exaggerated expression of anger. He actually looks like he would know what he’s talking about. Terrific work.

If I were to critique, I'd say don't be afraid to draw hands. One hand just disappears into his body. Is it hanging? Is it on his other hip? Otherwise, it's a pretty good drawing.

Your comment has most likely been hidden as well. It’s why you almost never see a negative comment in the Notes of his posts. He always always deletes/hides any comments that aren’t blindly praising or agreeing with him.

You know, general issues with the quality SU Critical aside, I’ve always gotten the feeling that Rebecca Sugar would be the first to admit her show/writing isn’t flawless or the end all be all if you sat down and brought up whatever actual flaws the show might have to her in a calm and reasonable manner. Dobson would soon dive into an active volcano than deal with criticism being thrown his way.

Yeah, despite Dobson acting like she doesn’t care about consistency, and despite people like Lily Peet screaming all kinda of hateful things and accusing her of being a Nazi apologist(and yes, she has been doing that on her tumblr), Rebecca Sugar seems like the type who’d be completely understanding and accept that there’s flaws in her work. It’s why people like her can make shows and become popular and people like Dobson and Peet are left screening into the internet void.
