Baby Florian and his mama [English]
Young Oak sat at his Mothers branch, Linden glanced as young Leshis braids flew in the wind, young one held onto the hart of the forest and looked in the distance.
"Mama Lipa, My favorite human died from a sickness today, not only that i can feel with the heart that many others die and rot in the woods." Young one said lost in thoughts as Lindens leaves rustled in the wind creating a calm sound.
"My little moose, noone wants to die, and yet that's a part of life-" She started as the young one shuffled to look at his mother from above. "Mama Lipa is this another lesson about beaing a leader?" The big tree let out a chuckle as sound as the wind. "-Of course it is, now listen up." She continued as she glanced on the forest with her grumpy young one. "Noone wants to die, no animal, no plant nor fungy. No Leshi, PoĹĂłdnica nor RusaĹka ether. But life ends regardless." Oak scoffed disapointed to get another lesson as he picked aicorns from his hair and tossed them to the river. "Some deaths are rapid, a sudden axe to the tree trunk or a spear to a knife to the throat. It is painfull yes, but it's fast, now a sickness or injury is worste. Of course a sick animal would rather live to the fullest, but it isn't always possible-"
"But that's not fair! BoĹźydar didn't deserve to die like that. He was young and nice, why can't they just heal from their heart like we do?" Oak bursted out once more as he tossed the last aicorn hitting the rock. "...He was my friend"
Linden smiled and waited for her little one to cool off, she turned, moving her branches with her to check on other young Leshi resting near by their mother on a sunny noon. "I know you liked that human a lot my sprout, but humans don't have the same heart as we do, we can heal if our woods prosper, they all have seperate hearts. And if they are sick, they have to fight it alone. Sometimes the pain is too exausting noone wants to die but in such hard situations some have to accept that it is the only way to get away from pain."
"That's stupid" Oak scoffed and leaned on his mothers bark.
"That is life my dear Oak, we can't fight deaf, but with power, acceptence and steady mind, we can get thro the pain"
"...I miss him Mama Lipa"
"I know you do Oak, but humans have short lives, trees fall, new ones always are born and time passes by regardless." Linden lifted one of the branches to uncover her little one from the shade, warm sun sending energy thro his vains.
"Mama Lipa, you'll never die right?" Oak stood up on the branch keeping his balance and took a deep breath enjoying the wind.
Linden laughted. "Of course i will, that is why i'm teaching you to be a good herd leader, the spirits from the heart say it will be your turn when i'm no longer here"
Leshi heard a younger voice as he looked at the emptiness in front of him. "Beech!?" He yelled out with his shaky voice at a dusty wasteland.
"Or Birch, he's much more of a leader than me!" A voice said with an eary chuckle, almost as eary as the ringing silence in the wind
"Brothers!" The forest that once was green and prosperus, now was an empty feald with charred trunks falling down from time to time.
There was nothing, nothing except an irresponsible Leshi with long hair who finally faced consequences. "...mama Lipa..?" He said unsure as his legs felt weak, letting his body fall on the dusty ground.
Everything gone, he was the leader of nothing.
