Hey Dani! I think I can answer your questions :) It was actually me who named Amber, though, of course, it was the fandom in general that made the name stick. PS: I know what everyone thinks but I swear I didn't do it on purpose, I just had the gimmick of naming Varian's cousins by combining the letters in the periodic table and the names I got were Amber, Reagan Nick, Liam, and Lira. Those are the names I got and Amber stuck but the fandom does as it pleases. Fun Fact: The Amber and Nuru ship happened because I did a 7k Hunger Games in the TTS servers and in it, Amber and Nuru huddled for warmth once, and thus the ship was born.

I did not! She was first referenced in this image as part of the official art, but she wasn't named. At some point in the evolution of the fandom, fans came up with the name Amber and decided to ship her with Nuru. I actually have no idea who came up with the name and first heralded the ship, but it's now pretty established in fanon.

been thinking a lot about anticipatory grief lately. i love you so much that i know losing you will devastate me. i haven't lost you yet but i already miss you. we still have time, but it won't be enough. i think about what i would say at your funeral, and say some of it to you now cause i need you to know how loved you are before you go. you will go where i cannot follow, but you will never really leave me. it won't make it hurt less but it is a part of healing somehow.
