Sharing this here because right now, somewhere in the US, someone’s rights could be being violated. Illegal search, seizure and/or arrest are not suddenly legal or okay if the person is undocumented.

Learn from my misfortune friend(s)... 🥺.... So credit matters, you know you this, but avoid it like the plague or taxes or those voicemails from your family. Funny thing I learned is, your credit can FUCK YOU ROYALLY even when you avoid it... or don’t do anything weird because you were a freaking child for most of your life.

FUN FACT: being a child makes your credit easy prey! Yay lost innocence!

But hope endures!!! The government did something right, for fucking once! Listen up: there are 3 credit agencies (Google it) and the gov has decreed that each must give you one FREEEEEEEE copy of your credit report (not score, sorry but deal) each year.

The website looks fake as shit (dumbass .com bullcrap), but it’s the federal gov so we shouldn’t really expect better. Anywho, here’s the site-

PRO TIP!!!: don’t request all 3 at once. Space them out by 4 months so you’re still getting your 1/year, but you’re able to check your shit throughout the year. You work hard, play hard, pay hard- don’t let some fucktard ruin your car payments, mortgage approval, credit card applications. Live your best life!!!!!

Okay, so I got a panicked call from my mom today because she said people were trying to serve me legal documents at our old home address. They told her that they had left me numerous voicemails and I hadn’t called back and that it was in my best interest to reach out to them before it got past the point they could work with me. She took notes from the entire conversation, but refused to confirm my cell- though she did mention that I work at a law firm as a way to assure them that I’m not some criminal fugitive.

I might not be breaking any civil or criminal laws, but they sure as h*ll were!!!

TLDR- they were trying to get money from my estranged dad and trying to use me to get his information from my mom- since they tried with me months ago and I told the truth- I don’t have it, leave me alone, you legally can’t do this. As a disclaimer, I’m not an attorney and you should check with one if you’re being harassed by creditors. The thing is, though, they don’t just go after/ manipulate/ lie to the person that owes the debt- if they’re being shady, they have no problem going after your loved ones. THEY CANNOT DO THIS AND DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! Never give out your information or someone else’s no matter how legally critical it seems. If they’re legit PD, Feds, IRS, anything really- they will be willing to meet you at a police station.

These people are predators trying to get paid by any means necessary! You or whoever owed the money never even delt with them, but they bought that debt because they specialize in getting $$ from people, that’s legit all they do. You can Google their numbers and they’ll come as legit, but they can pay for that kind of status. If ever faced with a genuine legal concern, call an attorney. If nothing else, they’ll probably tell you what I just did and then you can call those monsters back and let them squirm when you tell them that they can deal with your attorney directly! (You don’t actually have to hire an attorney to threaten this, but if push comes to shove, you will at least have the name/number of an attorney who can help you!!)

Funny enough, when I DID call back, they had no record of that case, my name, or ANYTHING!... weird.

Seriously, every person on this earth needs to hear this. Some may need to hear it more than once. Everyone has the potential for positivity and negativity, to bring hope or despair, to be a savior or a predator, to speak or be silent. Oprah doesn’t just inspire you to be the good, but she lives in an honest way that makes you realize she is as human and infallible as all of us. She doesn’t just talk her truth; she lives her truth!

I don’t understand the Amy Schumer hate, not the ‘not my taste’, but out right HATE! Ellen is beloved by all decent human beings. She’s admitted she only has people on her show that she likes. So, if A=B and B=C, then Ellen likes Amy, which by default means she’s actually a decent human being IRL. She’s staring in a body positive movie which seems like a play off of the unconscious/dead, suddenly in a new body/life trope.

WTF?! People have literally been so vicious that comments have been disabled! When I watched the YouTube trailer, people in the comments were gleefully laughing about the fact that there were more negative reviews than positive. At what point do you look at your own life, realize you’re part of a larger societal misogynistic/ bullying problem (internalized or otherwise) and maybe change your behaviors? Because now might be a good time.
