My attempt at a good-drawing'd version of a previous doodle. I still think she's crazy for wearing black in the summer heat, lol
Phone games ruin everything, especially Maribelle Fire Emblem. Her sharp, red eyes are pretty and suit her better than "Uguuuu Gold". I was looking up fan art trying to find a pic of her I really like, and I'll admit to being kinda picky, but the eyes are a deal-breaker. Anyone else?
(Yeah I know the Awakening artist gave nearly EVERYONE sharp eyes but it worked for her as far as Best Girls go)
My first serious attempt at Arcade Star Dahlia!! I really did try to get her hair right, but it's like trying to untangle electrical cords, lol
Pardon if anything else is off, but especially the background; my attention was divided and I was pretty tired when I drew this, so I had to cut corners here and there. Might fix this up when I'm more alert.
I'm probably not fixing the background any time soon, so here's a transparent Dahlia to compensate:
...I'm only just now starting to notice other flaws with this drawing, but for my first serious attempt, I still like how this came out!

Speaking of REVISIONS, I think the mix here still needs work (for some reason the guitar is quieter than the rest of the instruments at a point...) but approx. two thirds of this version is an improvement, in my opinion...

Okay, so Geppy-X is kinda fun, actually.
...Even though I kinda suck at it, lol. Probably doesn't help I'm stubborn and keep playing as the Geppy-3 guy. He's the best. Beat the Stage 2 Part 2 boss and had to take a breather after that.

I often struggle between "Keep My Five-Man Band A.N.A. Comic a Comedy Series" and "Hey, What If It Was a Story with More Substance?". Not that you can't make a funny story with substance, but I'm not sure how to strike the balance between "breather moments" and "serious moments". I mean, it's a SPACE WAR SETTING where ALIENS HAVE THOROUGHLY CONQUERED EARTH (and some other planets too I guess). I know "comedic war settings" have been done before, too, so I don't have a GOOD excuse. I'm just an inexperienced writer!
